The Għonnella of Silence

from €25.00

About the artwork
This work originates in Miriam Sorrell’s own artwork and has been further developed through her creative process, combining her original imagery with contemporary techniques to produce a new finished composition.

Miriam’s description
Inspired by ‘vintage’ Malta - I love the Għonella - the historical costume (see Wiki for a detailed description). I’m fascinated by the beauty and mystery it evokes, and by bringing it together with the face of the Mona Lisa, I feel I have created something that combines history and beauty in a way that can be admired and remembered for years to come.

Print details
Available as an A5, A4, A3 or A2 fine-art print on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm paper. The artwork is professionally printed to reproduce the colour, detail and character of the finished work.

Paper sizes refer to the size of the sheet. Because each artwork has its own proportions, the printed image area may be smaller than the full sheet so that the complete composition can be reproduced without cropping.

The print is supplied unframed, and each artwork is carefully prepared and securely packaged with appropriate protective materials to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
