Miriam Sorrell Art presents and sells fine art prints, artworks and related art products based on the original creative work of artist Miriam Sorrell.

Customers may display purchased physical prints or artworks in a private home, office or similar personal setting.
Customers may not use images of the artwork for commercial, promotional, advertising, editorial, publishing, merchandise, resale, digital reproduction, NFT, AI training or licensing purposes without prior written permission.
If a customer wishes to share a photograph of a purchased artwork on personal social media, we ask that the artwork is credited to Miriam Sorrell Art and, where possible, linked to miriamsorrellart.com. Such sharing must not imply ownership of copyright or permission for others to reproduce the artwork.
7. Product information and availability
Product descriptions, prices, sizes and availability are provided in good faith.
We reserve the right to correct errors, withdraw products, change product details, amend prices, or decline an order where there has been an obvious mistake, technical error, stock issue, production issue or other reasonable cause.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been taken, we will contact the customer and arrange a suitable solution, such as a refund or alternative option.
