These Terms, Delivery & Returns apply to purchases made through miriamsorrellart.com.
By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms.

Miriam Sorrell Art presents and sells fine art prints and related art products based on the original creative work of artist Miriam Sorrell.
2. Products
Products may include fine art prints, digitally developed works based on original artworks, and related art products.
Each product is described as accurately as possible. However, colours, brightness, contrast and detail may appear differently depending on screen settings, display calibration, device type, paper type, print size and production method.
Print dimensions and image sizes are approximate. The final printed image size may vary slightly depending on the proportions of the artwork and the selected paper size.
Frames, mounts or display accessories are not included unless clearly stated on the product page.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€).
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout before the order is completed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If a product has been listed with an obvious pricing error, technical error or availability error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.
4. Payment
Payment is taken securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.
Miriam Sorrell Art does not store full credit or debit card details. Payments are processed by Squarespace and/or the relevant payment provider.
5. Order confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check your order confirmation carefully. If any details are incorrect, especially the delivery address or selected print size, please contact us as soon as possible at:

6. Production
Some prints may be produced to order.
Estimated production times may vary depending on the product, print size, materials and order volume. We will make reasonable efforts to prepare and dispatch orders promptly.
If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you where possible.
7. Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and complete. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal or courier services, customs processing, public holidays, weather disruption, local delivery conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage normally passes to the customer once the order has been delivered.
8. International delivery, customs and taxes
Where international delivery is available, customers outside Malta may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, handling fees or local charges that apply in the destination country.
These charges are not controlled by Miriam Sorrell Art and are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs delays are outside our control.
9. Damaged items
We take care to package orders appropriately. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please keep the item and packaging until the matter has been reviewed, as they may be needed for a postal or courier claim.
Where the damage is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
10. Incorrect or faulty items
If you receive an incorrect, faulty or misdescribed item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
11. Made-to-order prints
All prints sold through miriamsorrellart.com are produced to order.
When you place an order, the print is produced specifically for that order, according to the artwork, size, format and other options selected at checkout. In some cases, printing, packing and/or fulfilment may be carried out by a trusted third-party print or fulfilment partner on behalf of Miriam Sorrell Art.
Because prints are made to order, we are not normally able to accept cancellations, returns or refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the artwork title, print size, delivery details and contact information.
12. Cancellations before production
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at:
If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
If production has already started, or if the order has already been sent to a third-party print or fulfilment partner, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order unless there is a fault, production error, damage in transit, or another issue for which Miriam Sorrell Art or its fulfilment partner is responsible.
13. Returns and refunds
As all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, enters incorrect delivery details, decides that the artwork does not suit their space, or no longer wants the item after purchase.
Returns, replacements or refunds will only normally be offered where:
the item arrives damaged
the wrong item was sent
the wrong size was supplied
there is a clear production fault
the item is materially different from the product ordered
another error has clearly been made by Miriam Sorrell Art, the printer, or the fulfilment partner
This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please keep the item and all packaging until the matter has been reviewed, as these may be required for a postal, courier or fulfilment claim.
Where the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may be a replacement, reprint, refund, or another appropriate solution.
15. Care of prints
Fine art prints should be handled carefully.
We recommend that prints are handled with clean, dry hands or suitable gloves, kept away from moisture, excessive heat, direct sunlight and rough surfaces, and framed using appropriate materials.
Miriam Sorrell Art is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, unsuitable framing, exposure to sunlight, moisture, heat, or other conditions after delivery.
16. Copyright and permitted use
Purchasing a print or artwork gives the buyer ownership of the physical item only.
It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, image rights, licensing rights or any right to copy, scan, photograph, print, publish, distribute, resell images of, modify, adapt, commercially exploit or create derivative works from the artwork.
All copyright and reproduction rights remain with Miriam Sorrell, unless a separate written agreement is made.
Customers may display purchased physical prints or artworks in a private home, office or similar personal setting.
Any commercial, promotional, editorial, publishing, merchandise, digital, NFT, AI training, licensing or resale use of the artwork or image requires prior written permission.
17. Website accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or fully up to date.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change website content, withdraw products or amend these terms at any time.
18. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miriam Sorrell Art will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delays, third-party services, external links, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

20. Governing law
This website is operated from Malta.
Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, these terms and any dispute relating to purchases made through this website shall be governed by the laws of Malta.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
